Software Developer - Drupal
Enomaly Inc. is seeking experienced software developers with expertise in Drupal, LAMP development and Linux system administration, for a six-month contract position working in our Toronto Office, with the strong possibility of a permanent full-time role. Only local applicants who can work on-site will be considered.
Your Knowledge and Capabilities
- In-depth understanding of Drupal CMS and API, the PHP language and MySQL databases.
- In depth knowledge of software development best-practices and source control tools. *
- Ability to define technical specifications based on client requirements.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a collaborative development environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
Your Experience
- Experience in LAMP Development.
- Experience in Drupal based community implementations.
- Experience developing custom Drupal modules and themes which conform to Drupal standards.
- Desirable: experience with the jQuery javascript library.
- Desirable: experience administering Linux based systems.
- Desirable: experience developing with HTML5/CSS3.
- Desirable: experience with User Interface development.
- Desirable: experience with Photoshop and GUI design.
Your Responsibilities
- Development of PHP based web applications using Drupal and other open-source platforms.
- Maintenance and enhancement of existing client deployments.
- Providing technical support to Enomaly Staff and/or clients.
Your Qualifications
- College certificate, diploma or equivalent industry experience.
