Dr. Richard Reiner, Chairman and CEO
A serial entrepreneur, Richard was the founder, CEO, and CTO of Assurent Secure Technologies, a SaaS company in the IT Security space that was acquired in 2006 by TELUS, a Global 1000 corporation. At Assurent, Richard led the creation of the world's leading threat intelligence capabilities, which today power 48 of the world's top 50 IT security product companies, as well as leading financial services, high-tech, law enforcement, and national intelligence organizations around the world.
Subsequent to the acquisition of Assurent, Richard served as Chief Security & Technology Officer at TELUS, ensuring the success of the Assurent acquisition and playing a key role in several breakthrough multi-hundred-million dollar wins for TELUS. Since 2006, Richard has served on the Boards and Advisory Boards of many highly regarded early-stage companies in the IT infrastructure, security, and SaaS sectors, such as Veracode, Netclarity, Virima, Stonewall Software, and Fonolo.
Richard is often quoted by the press, and has appeared on the cover of CIO Magazine, as well as frequent appearances in media such as the New York Times, CBS, NBC, USA Today, etc. and hundreds of technology publications. Richard holds a Ph.D. and multiple patents in the field of software security.

George Bazos - Founder & CFO
George spent the early part of his career as an equity analyst in Technology at Standard Life Investments, Standard's investment management unit based in Montreal, Canada. He holds a B.A. from Union College and an M.B.A. with a specialization in Finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. George manages and oversees all business operations at Enomaly, as well as management and control of the company's financial activities.
Lars-Erik Forsberg - Founder & VP Delivery
Lars leads Enomaly's delivery team. With experience in all facets of the development and implementation process, Lars has a unique understanding of the pieces necessary to bring a development project to a successful completion. Lars is responsible for the management of Enomaly’s development team and the management of key customer projects.
Justin Groen - VP Sales
Justin Groen is an accomplished and diversified Sales and Business Development professional who has a strong track record of defining and targeting new market opportunities and driving the sales process to acquire new or expanded revenue streams.
Most recently, Justin held the position of Director, Sales and Relationship Management for PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Technology industry team. In this role, Justin led the sales and relationship management activities for account teams targeting top-tier technology companies and developed extensive industry partnerships and new business relationships with emerging high-growth companies in the areas of Clean Tech, Software, New Media, and Digital Gaming.
Prior to joining PwC, Justin acquired over ten years of progressive experience in sales positions with technology companies in the areas of digital imaging, software development and performance management, and electronic document management.
Justin was awarded a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
