Subject: Problem with cluster
Hi,

we successfully installed enomalism on 2 machines. Both have access to the database. The machine wich is running the mysql can connect via rest to the second machine. But the second machine could not access via rest.

This is from debug.log:
2008-11-18 12:12:14,506 enomalism2.REST_library INFO Calling rest. http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080/rest/machine/a34af99c-4d95-48b8-b3ce-919f22a1de54
2008-11-18 12:12:14,513 enomalism2.REST_library INFO Data was: Authorization required
2008-11-18 12:12:14,556 enomalism2.modules.machinecontrol.model ERROR Error getting OS type.

Is there something missing?

Do the firewall rules on both hosts allow unrestricted communication between both hosts on 8080?

definitively yes because there are no FW-Rules atm.

Machine A can connect to Machine B and is able to read information from it via REST.
Machine B can connect to Machine A but is not able to read information from it via REST.
Machine A claims about "Authorization required"

I ran into this problem also. My problem was fixed by making sure both machines were in the same timezone and had the time synced. I think the auth session was expiring.
